Thank you for considering the HUNTER HOUSE for your stay. The following policies help us ensure that you have a wonderful experience.
RESERVATIONS
We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks or cash. 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for more than one nights stay. For one nights stay, payments must be made in full.
RATES
Rates are published as daily, per room. More than 2 guests per room will be charged $20 per extra person per night. No minimum night stay is required, except as noted by the hosts at the time of reservations. (This may include holidays and special weekends.)
CANCELLATION
Reservations canceled 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival are considered non-refundable unless we are able to book the room to another guest. Cancellations prior to 7 days, will receive a full-refund minus a $25 processing fee.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
You are welcome to check in anytime after 3pm. Please advise your hosts if you will be checking in after 9pm. Check out time is 11am.
CHILDREN
Children 16 and older are welcome.
PETS
Please be advised that the owners do have pets on site and while they are put away during breakfast, they do have access to the rest of the common areas. While you are welcome to enjoy Dante and Brady, our labs and Jeager, the house cat, please let us know if we can assist you in finding a kennel for your own animals.
SMOKING
Guests are welcome to smoke out doors.
DAMAGES
We reserve the right to charge guests’ credit cards for any damage that they incur.
